Service Agreement
Review and sign the OptiLayer AI service contract via DocuSign
OptiLayer AI — Service Offer Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between OptiLayer AI ("Provider") and the subscribing entity ("Client") as identified in the account registration.
1. Services. The Provider shall grant the Client access to the OptiLayer AI platform for optical coating design, simulation, and optimization.
2. Term. This Agreement is effective from the date of electronic signature and shall remain in force for the duration of the active subscription.
3. Fees. The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing plan. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
4. Data Protection. The Provider shall process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
5. Liability. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.
7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Client's registration.
